1.: Are you accepting new patients?
       We love new patients. We also would be delighted to welcome your family and friends. We get to do what we love best...provide dental healthcare. You get what you need---quality dental care in a friendly envronment.

 
2. At what age should I bring in my child?
     We believe that each child has different maturity levels. We suggest that they come with you to your visit or possibly a sibling's visit around 2-2 1/2 years old. We will let them watch and possibly give them a "ride" in the chair. If you notice anything unusual in their mouth while brushing their teeth, please give us a call. We want their first visit to be an enjoyable one, so we'll do only as much as the child feels comfortable with.

3. How do I know if you accept my insurance?  
    Our office accepts all insurance plans as long as your plan lets you go wherever you choose. We are not on any PPO or HMO plans. We will process your insurance claims for you. All you need to do is pay your estimated co-payments. We will be happy to work with you to maximize your insurance coverage while minimizing your out-of-pocket expenses.

4. What if I don't have insurance?
    For those of you who have no insurance, our office has a few different options, First, we offer either a 5% cash discount or 5% senior discount. Our office also has a plan called Smile Assurance, which will help to reduce your out-of-pocket costs. You pay a flat fee and get preventative care for free and a 20% discount for other dental treatment. So if you are one of those without insurance and if saving money makes sense to you, please give us a call at 303-526-9155.

5.  How do you handle dental emergencies?
     If it is during regular business hours, we will see you within 24 hours to temporarily get you out of pain . We may need to reappoint you to do a more permanent restoration at a later time.  If it is after business hours or on the weekend, just call our office number to get  Dr. Sprout's emergency phone number.
